Our custom tailored disability management program will address the unique aspects of your organization by offering you solutions that focus on identifying the functional abilities that both respects the employees limitations while not compromising the operational needs of your organization.
We will act as a key consultants in providing your organization the support and guidance it needs relating to employees illness, work/non-work related injuries, workers compensation, and short/long term disability.
We will support your team manage appeals and reconsideration processes where necessary, and liaise with all levels of management and union leads to provide your organization the optimal strategy for successful outcomes as required with respect to appeals.

Claim's
Management
Our OH&S specialists will work with your team in all aspects relating to claim's management including; short-term (STD) and long term (LTD) disability claims, and support your team with federal and provincially approved disability pensions (i.e; ODSP, AADL, etc). We can also offer assistance to your team with WSIB claims, and will liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective claims management.
With consent we will communicate with employees, physicians, and supervisors/managers to collect outstanding information, field questions, and provide claims management support either in person or through phone calls, emails, or letters to enable occupation with/without accommodation, and/or with modified work with a focus on early and safe return-to-work processes.

We work with our partners to deliver audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening testing services, including Lung Function and Respirator (N95) Mask Fitness (N95) evaluations. So your organization can ensure safe and healthy working conditions for all employees.
We also offer pre-employment assessments, speriodic testing, and health surveillance performed by qualified Occupational Health Registered Nurses to help your organization meet its occupational fitness requirements.
