Harassment is defined in both the Human Rights Code, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Workplace investigations are required by law when an organization receives a complaint of an occurrence within the organization. As an independent, and trained third party, GPSW Inc., will fully explore the complaint to determine whether it can be substantiated.
